The first section would cover payday notices based on how employees would be paid according to type of occupation. Usually, rigorous jobs such as industrial repairs would earn a very significant amount. Another section would be about state disabilities for those who would again be working in rigorous jobs. For instance, if there would be a life and death situation within the workplace then the amount for insurance would be covered in the poster. In the case of access of medical and exposure records, such records would again be on a different section. The medical exposure records would be used to check on the whereabouts of the employees and their past cases if they would experience any injuries at work.

There would also be a discrimination notice if there would be any discriminatory offenses inside the workplace as well as important notices such as no smoking, whistling or the consumption of intoxicating medications of liquids. For hard hat occupations, there would usually be Safety Posters in order to ensure that there would be lesser problems inside the workplace. Such posters would be placed near areas of prohibition or certain areas inside the office where employees would be able to spot it with ease.
