Maintaining a Peaceful State Starts With Legal Knowledge

Any state leader will wish for a safe environment for his citizens. But how else could we ensure that we have a safe place for our people but by making sure that laws are in place and are being observed in the particular state in question.

How does this state actually run this information campaign for its citizens?
