In any state, especially Texas, there are laws which are passed in order to protect each and every individual. Since there are hundreds of employees in Texas alone, they need to be protected with all the right regulations. Hence, the federal government has mandated the use of Labor Law Poster which is used within any type of workplace. These posters are primarily used for information purposes. They are filled with guidelines and facts for employees and employers so that no unlawful acts would happen. One of the most protected cases for labor law is the right for right pay. Each individual, regardless of ethnicity or background, is entitled to their own salary. There are no exemptions when it comes to this law and any unjust employer would be punished through the full extent of the law. Aside from the amount of salary, the law also dictates that employers would need to pay the salary of their employees upon the agreed upon date.

In order to protect the schedule for payments, they government again issued Texas Labor Law Posters which promotes the right payment and schedule for employees. There would be no exemptions for this law. If any of the rights of employees would be abused, the Discrimination Law would be their legal initiative. This law is written in various languages in order to protect all individuals regardless of race or gender. The law prohibits employees to abuse the rights of workers in the case of promotion, training, benefits, seasonal bonuses, resignation and other employee rights. Children are also protected by the law as well as the Child Labor Law. The Child Labor Law prohibits minors bellow the age of 18 to work to any type of company. Hence, legal papers would be needed by employers in order to check on the age of their employees.


There is also a type of compensation for employees who would have problems with their health. Employees with any infectious ailments would be allowed to work and instead they would be given a certain type of compensation so that they can get well before going back to the workforce. If there would any accidents inside the workplace, the employee also reserves the right to claim their benefits and insurances which are again provided by their employers and of the company that hired them. Any medical concerns and accident prevention protocols should be written in safety posters and in large boards.
